As the Executive Secretary, your main objective is to provide timely, accurate, and professional administrative support to the owner of our company. You ensure the smooth flow and operation of the company by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. Your clerical duties may include preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. You read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
