The Position: Cigna UK Health Benefits is continuing to grow, as is our experience and expertise. Reporting to the Partnership Team Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintain the integrated claims solution between Cigna and its partners in Europe. Main Duties / Responsibilities: Managing TPA claims processed by Cigna, collate within reporting and forward to Partners. Exchanging of claims data with the partners and dealing with queries that arise from the exchange. Processing of claims associated with the integrated solution. Actively support partners and internal team members with queries. Engage with providers and partners to make sure that subrogation values are maximised. Ensure work is prioritised effectively. Carry out other Adhoc tasks as required meeting business needs. Contribute to projects and business change when required. Experience Required: Comfortable working with excel and creating dashboards and pivot tables. Data gathering, specific to claims environment. Experience in medical administration, claims environment or customer service focused organization. Ability to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Preferred if English and Arithmetic qualification gained. Claims Knowledge. Skills: Must possess excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external partners. This will incorporate call handling skills when required. Confident in making decisions and exercise judgment where necessary. Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems. Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements. Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements.
