We are now looking for a Senior Principal TCAD Engineer to join our growing R&D team. What our Senior Principal TCAD Engineers do As Senior Principal TCAD Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and improvement of future generation Power MOSFET performance. Use your TCAD expertise to develop and improve the performance of future generation Power MOSFET product families and technology platforms Partner with the Process Integration team to resolve device level issues and suggest improvements Innovate and provide technical expertise supporting as a consultant across projects Suggest design of experiment (DOE) process conditions based upon your TCAD simulations and drive development activities Debug device related issues and propose solutions Apply your expertise to increase functional and technical organisational competence Support business-critical engineering activities across the organisation, coaching and mentoring junior team members What our Senior Principal TCAD Engineers need MSc degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a similar discipline In depth experience in silicon-based Power MOSFET TCAD Proficiency with TCAD and layout tools Expert understanding of Power MOSFET device physics, structures, electrical operations, fabrication process and packaging Expert understanding of device analysis, data mining and failure analysis Understanding of reliability methods, characterisation, and failure modes Understanding of the challenges of developing MOSFETs Familiarity with Design of Experiments, data analysis, JMP, Python scripting and the production of clear technical reports Why work for us?
