GBS, a Division of USLBM Is Seeking an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will represent the company in fulfilling its mission of exceptional service by greeting guests, answering the phone and directing callers in a professional manner.

How you will spend your day as an Admin Assistant:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming callers in a timely, pleasant and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to customers both in person and by phone
- Sort and distribute mail to appropriate individuals and manage FedEx tasks
- Perform basic accounting functions
- Assist in daily billing
- Maintain office equipment and appearance of the lobby/reception area
- Place orders for office supplies as necessary with proper approvals
- Provide support for the month and year-end processes as needed
- Other administrative duties as assigned by manager

Admin Assistant Requirements:
- Experience. 1-2 years related experience working in an administrative/office role
- Communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Special Skills. Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to multi-task
- Leadership. A strong attention to engagement, safety and details of the role
