The Leasing Consultant is responsible for performing all Leasing related functions and activities for the properties. This position is Part Time, approximately 25 hours per week.

Primary Duties:
  • Responding to prospective resident leads and inquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Scheduling and conducting tours with prospective residents.
  • Intake and process rental applications and complete a final review with the Property Manager.
  • Review and respond to Resident, Management, and Owner requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Adhere to all GC Real Estate Partners Policy and Procedures.
  • Adhere to all GC Real Estate Partners Employee Handbook Procedures.
  • Adhere to all Fair Housing Guidelines in all aspects of the job.

Marketing:
  • Respond to messages on various Social Media Sites.
  • Ensuring that interior and exterior curb appeal meets the GC Real Estate Partners standards by walking your show path daily, opening/closing the tour apartments, and assisting with cleaning as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Assist in staging mini-model apartments.
  • Assist in planning resident activities.

Additional Duties:
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspection walkthroughs.
  • Assist in cleaning and preparing turnovers for future residents.
  • Deliver and post notices and flyers to communicate important information to the residents.
  • Any additional tasks as directed by the Property Manager.
