Process Engineer

Position involves evaluating manufacturing processes and making recommendations for improvements to optimize performance.  Will perform on-going research and evaluation of equipment, processes, and techniques used externally in the cement industry and in other industries for purposes of determining performance benchmarks and best practices.   Experience and abilities you will need: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from a reputable university. Emphasis and preference for Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years in Cement processing experience Minimum 2 years in conducting RCA, FMEA and data analysis to identify, assess and solve problems. Minimum 2 years in kiln and grinding mill operation and troubleshooting. Minimum 2 years in cement process quality control and cement chemical analysis.   You will love working here because: At GCC, employees are our most important resource.
