Billing Clerk
Summary/Objective
The Billing Clerk is responsible for obtaining and providing accurate and timely information necessary to generate proper invoicing for the Billing Department. Develop excellent, in-depth knowledge of company service products, programs and procedures as well as communicating effectively with team members within the Billing Department.
Essential Functions

Manage TSS Billing Inbox.
Enter Vendor Invoices When Received.
Enter and Update all communications into the database, (currently Salesforce).
Create and Manage Paperless Billing Files.
Simple Audit within parameters and over 90 day Invoices.
Audit Escalation including short calls to ASPs for missing data or invoice errors.
Enter and process warranty claims.
Other Responsibilities as Position develops or as needed by Management.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work areMondaythroughFriday,8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

No travel is expected for this position, except for training purposes.
Required Education and Experience
Computer knowledge and proficiency.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience
Prior experience as a Billing Clerk.
Experience with Problem Solving/Analysis.
