Job Description :
Our telecom client is developing a virtualized 5G network for Enterprise IT. This network is designed to be flexible, adaptable, and capable of meeting the diverse needs of our society, economy, and technology landscape. Dish Network use of small cells to bolster its 5G network for inbuilding solution. By implementing small cells, telecomNetwork aims to improve coverage, capacity, and overall network performance while efficiently allocating resources. This move could potentially reduce deployment costs and construction time, allowing the company to expedite its 5G rollout and better compete in the rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape.
<>Technologies:- Small Cell Radio: Low-powered cellular radio access nodes for improved indoor coverage for Enterprise IT.
- 5G: Fifth-generation wireless technology offering faster speeds, lower latency, and greater capacity.
- In-building Solutions: Systems designed to enhance wireless coverage within buildings.
- Customer Premises Equipment (CPE): Equipment like routers and modems located on the customer's premises.
- Broadband Gateways: Devices that connect an enterprise's LAN to the broader internet or WAN.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team in defining, launching, and managing new products and services.
- Use a data-driven approach to understand market needs, competitive landscape, and business drivers.
- Develop business cases and plans for market delivery.
- Manage the entire product journey from conception to market launch, including pilots and trials.
- Engage with technical teams to define product features with acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize tasks to deliver the MVP and manage project timelines.
- Document customer journeys and product features with testable acceptance criteria.
- Identify and validate opportunities for value propositions and differentiation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field, MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of product management experience in a wireless or internet services environment.
- Deep understanding of the US telecom market for enterprise and government.
- Experience in writing product features with detailed acceptance criteria in an agile environment.
- Solid understanding of the US wireless market, wireless carrier perspective, and wireless device software.
- Strong foundation in product discovery and validation methodologies, including customer journey mapping, prototyping, and A/B testing.
Key Experience:
- Deploying equipment in enterprise IT environments, particularly small cell radios for 5G.
- Working with enterprise IT managers to deploy hardware and software solutions.
- Assessing and optimizing network engineering team approaches.
- Integrating connectivity products into large enterprise IT systems.
