- Conduct system modeling, system simulation and verification using MATLAB/Simulink with Auto-code generation.
- Conduct prototype testing on hardware-in-loop system, variable speed drives and chiller to verify control performance.
- Support field issue trouble shooting and control method improvements.
- Assist internal customers to develop, test and support PCBA related projects.
- Develop schedules which accurately reflect the project milestones and adhere to them.
- Understanding and complying with quality policy, procedures and instructions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- BSEE or BSCE, or related field; minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven, team-oriented environment.
- Good team player, strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Deep understanding of system modeling and simulation using MATLAB/SIMULINK is required.
- Deep understanding of power electronics and motor control is required.
- Experience with controller design using MATLAB/SIMULINK is required.
- Experience with Auto-code generation using MATLAB/SIMULINK is required.
- Experience with programmable logic is a plus.
- Familiarity with TI DSPs is desired.
- Familiarity with HVAC Systems is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $70.01 per hour
