Position summary: The Corporate Controller is responsible for all the aspects of the financial management and administration for the N.A. business, including internal financial and process controls and delivering accurate and timely information for stakeholders. The Administration Manager is expected to provide sound financial advice and effective financial management as well as manage the administrative functions of the business. The role supports the business by leading a strong administration team and delivering solutions which balance changing company needs, regulatory requirements, and internal clientele needs. This position reports the US Administration and Finance Manager.

Essential Functions
- Coordinate administrative procedures and devise ways to streamline processes, with focus on internal controls and reporting accuracy.
- Responsible for accounting and tax activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Oversees the purchasing and account payables process, including fixed assets, fleet management, and company insurances.
- Monitor the sales administration team, servicing the sales team with accurate reporting and support.
- Manage the budgeting process, ensuring timely and complete submission to Global Administration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Administration Manager leading a small to medium-sized team.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. tax, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with financial and reporting principles.
- Ability to adapt data for use in decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- BS in Business, Administration, or related field
