Role and Responsibilities
- Cleaning and 5S (workplace organization) of shop areas
- Staging various jobs and fixtures
- Replenishing consumable material stations
- Managing central fixture storage systems
- Administrative and clerical tasks within Production Control, Quality, Lean and / or Engineering
- Performing related environmental, health, safety, maintenance, quality, continuous improvement, and production-flow job duties to support plant machinery, equipment, and manufacturing-related initiatives and programs
- Positions available on 3rd shift
- Role starts at $22.26 / hr.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma / GED
Desirable Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma fundamentals
- EH&S processes and procedures
- Oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining relationships by recognizing needs and sensitivities of others and cooperating and resolving conflicts that inspire the Team in achieving objectives and deliverables
- Demonstrated ability in receiving guidance and supervision, following work rules, safety practices, work procedures; meeting deadlines;
and punctuality and attendance standards
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.
S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
