Essential Responsibilities
- Support GE Additive Trade Center Drive (TCD) and Engineering, Software, Finance, Commercial, Legal and Services leaders in all related administrative tasks.
- Produce correspondence, scheduling meetings, emails, and any external mailings
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Focus on standardization and improvement of the customer visit experience at TCD
- Develop and maintain standard site communications to the site and to business leadership
- Provide assistance with writing and formatting of technical proposals to enable increased wins on external proposals
- Assist with PO creation process for us as well as adding new contractors
- Will assist functional leaders and HR team with site level training coordination and employee onboarding support and success
- Provide calendar, meeting, and conference management
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Process monthly corporate card and cash expenses
- Process registrations (local and state) required to support Servicing of our customer equipment
- Support with general office administration
- Support teams by training or mentoring others on technology, tools, or systems used in their everyday working practices
- May input departmental invoices and help manage budget inquires
- May assist with job candidate interview scheduling
- May provide tactical support to a function or P&L by answering questions on support central sites and on various internal processes
- May help to keep organization charts up to date as directed
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience

- Experience working in and navigating computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Concur
- Detail oriented
- Work experience in a executive environment. Strong communication skills and ability to learn and understands all policies, practices, and procedures. Ability to multitask

- Associates or Bachelor degree
