Complete required training curriculum for weld processes
Ability to obtain required weld certifications for GE
Complete all required compliance training
Complete all EHS training and participate in safety and or quality audit
Be an active contributing member of a high-performance self-directed work team
Ability to use / apply TIG welding and assembly techniques and inspections
Ability to read & understand process instructions & weld schedules
Communicate effectively with Production Control and Process Engineer(s) on needed supplies and consumable materials
Drive Safety, Quality, and Production metrics within the team business needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
High School Diploma / GED
Welding Certification from accredited Trade School or equivalent
Eligibility Requirements
This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require proof of status prior to employment.
Flexibility to work off shifts and travel for training as needed.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow process planning, part routers, and other quality documents.
Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity, as required

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
