Required Qualifications:
Actively participate in a teaming environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processes
High School diploma or GED
Skill Level:
Basic written and verbal communication skills
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills
Essential Functions & Responsibilities (definition of job):
Must meet NADCAP certification requirements as required
Ability to follow written work instructions, processes and procedures
Ability to operate testers, power tools (drill motors, air tools, crimpers), wire brushes, buffers and hand tools as required to assemble and test product
Support production needs by performing assembly, testing, marking, blasting, degreasing, cleaning and prepping piece parts, subassemblies and units
Ability to operate primary coil winding machine
Ability to read and interpret dimensional measurements as required
Ability to obtain department certifications (Solder, Braze, operator stamp) as required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing experience
Basic knowledge of blueprints
9-4949 High Reliability solder certification
