The Streaming Test Analytics team scope encompasses invention and development of new analytic methods, data science and investigation of anomalies through analytics and automation of analytic tools and processes. The enablement of this process requires hardware and software solutions. Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
• Lead program and operations for ES COA Master data management
• Ensure customer adoption & drive simplification on process, governance in relation to Master data
• Maintain effective working relationship with business leaders, stakeholders, users and partners to integrate programs into overall strategic objectives
• Effectively communicate (i.e. status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the organization
• Lead a team of GE employees and contractors to implement, simplify and support Master data Management
• Lead with a hands-on approach – drive accountability to continuously improve enterprise standards, and grow the team's capability set from both depth and breadth perspective
• Coach GE employees on career navigation, managing conflict, and how to operate in a volatile, uncertain world
• ShapeDevelop and sustain strong, candid relationships with business unit EPM customers
• Recruit, hire, and retain EPM talent to meet 50/50 insourcing targets by year end
• Drive business process change (simplification) by influencing functional and business customers
• Develop systems and opportunities for continued employee education on EPM technology, accounting/controllership best practices, etc.
• Develop knowledge transfer processes that seamlessly transition project go lives to Master data operations team
Education Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• Minimum years of experience8years
