Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Director of Product Manager to enable the delivery of high-quality software and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. This management position will lead a product team focused AI strategy and product development across GE Healthcare’s AI Platform. The platform accelerates AI development both within and outside GE Healthcare. The position requires a fundamental understanding of AI development and the associated pain points. The candidate must have strong technical and communication skills, the capability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, and an aptitude to drive execution and maintain operational rigor.Job Description
- Establish and refine vision for the GE Healthcare’s AI platform based on customer needs, technology advancements in artificial intelligence, and market trends.
- Ensure the team has the facilities, tools, resources, and skills they need to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution and delivery of pilots and projects.
- Beyond driving day-to-day operational tempos and rigor, has responsibility to coordinate activities for strategic business rhythms including annual funding and long term strategic plans
- Create a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation through continuous customer engagement to facilitate appropriate data technology and services.
- Effectively create, manage, and communicate strategy between GE business segments and regional teams.
- Own and accountable for financials, contingent workers, access, and time tracking.
- Identify champions internal / external best practices, tools and ideas to improve data and related platforms and services
- Work with customer engagement, product management, and technical leads to translate solution concepts into features and technical requirements.
- Maintain effective working relationship with business leaders, stakeholders, users and partners to integrate programs into overall strategic objectives
- Lead and drive process change and continued team improvement
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in software product, project, or program management
- Prior experience in the Medical Device/Healthcare industry and analytics/AI
- BS in Engineering, Science, or relevant experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working on Agile teams
- Strong oral and written communications skills

- Understands technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction aligning with business goals.
- Understands concepts of setting and driving architecture direction.
