Job Description Summary
The Executive, HR Systems provides functional leadership, oversight and direction to global HR Systems. The Leader will be a subject matter expert in HR Systems and will define and manage an HR systems vision, strategies and tools for our global business. The leader will collaborate with the Digital Technologies and Services and Functional Owners in the functional design and delivery of HR Systems. They will also provide strategic oversight to a team of globally dispersed professionals in the management of functional tools and support of GE Aerospace's various global markets.Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, own and evolve a global HR Systems strategic vision and roadmap.
- Lead, coach and develop the global HR Systems team by modeling a culture of continuous improvement regarding HR customer focus and process delivery.
- Lead the management of systems and tools in support of HR programs and processes including Workday.
- Ensure compliance with all GE Aerospace policies, data privacy and security.
- Accountable for global HR Systems vendors/relationship management.
- Contribute, champion and/or lead global projects as required.
- Maintain an awareness of new trends and development related to concepts, practices and procedures within the HR Systems space.
- Lead proactive collaboration with Digital Technology, industry experts and vendors as required to ensure aligned and strategic execution of vision.
