This is a summer internship supporting our Investor Relations team through 2Q earnings, 3Q conferences, and other activities focused on GE Aerospace and heritage businesses. Assignments and projects for this role take on the world’s toughest challenges and are motivated by real business priorities.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience through challenging projects, learn from some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the business, and network with a variety of talented professionals. This specific opportunity will work closely with the team reporting up to the Vice President of Investor Relations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Students must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in a STEM related discipline as listed below from an accredited university.
- Applicable Majors: Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Aero Engineering, or other related majors will be considered.
- GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 overall.
Desired Characteristics:
- Preference will be given to persons with 3.2/4.0 overall or higher GPA in the required majors noted.
- Strong dedication to a career in Aerospace and a real passion for engineering
- Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving and learning agility.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms.
- Demonstrated proactive leadership skills and team-building skills, and proven scholastic achievements.
- Strong team and interpersonal skills, ability to work in project teams in an international environment.
