Job Description Summary
GE Gas Power is seeking a world class HR Partner for the Greenville plant who will be an integral part of a contemporary global Supply Chain HR team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee-related questions for both salaried and hourly employees in the Greenville supply chain team. As GE undergoes the largest worldwide Lean Transformation, this HR leader partners across production teams and operating leaders to drive a Lean culture as well as utilize Lean to drive process improvements in HR. This role is critical in executing our key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.Assigned to a defined employee population, the chosen candidate will support global supply chain strategy, integrate processes that meet business needs across the organization, and be an advocate for both professional and production employees. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated HR guidance and coaching to multiple leaders and employees for Gas Power supply chain employees with a specific focus on: employee advocacy / engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention, and workplace investigations, as appropriate
- Partner horizontally across the HR function to execute business-specific HR strategies in support of a diverse and inclusive workforce, ultimately delivering business results while promoting employee advocacy
- Ensure that routine and complex employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved to drive and promote a work environment that is in compliance with the Spirit and the Letter
- Provide advice, coaching, and counsel to leaders and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
- Lead key HR processes including performance cycles, compensation analysis, culture survey integration, and headcount and talent planning, to include any identified learning & training needs
- Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
- Provide coaching and mentorship to new team members as well as others in the organization
- Lead other site-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 3 years of experience in operational Human Resource roles
This role is 100% on-site at the Greenville, SC plant.

The base pay range for this position is:$88,800.00 - 130,000.00 USD annually.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a Variable Incentive Compensation Bonus of up to 10%. This posting is expected to close on 12/21/2023.
