What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance and Engineering Planning Specialist position at GE?
Job Overview: This position will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance and Engineering departments. This will include prioritizing projects, proactive and reactive work along with repairing work orders. This position will be the gatekeeper and subject matter expert for the Computerized Maintenance Management System. They will also streamline maintenance and engineering practices to increase efficiencies.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
- Commercial maintenance operation or maintenance supervisory position for 5 years.
- Technical degree in building/maintenance related subject.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System
administration. - High degree of knowledge in broad based engineering and maintenance practices.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
