Summary Responsible for creating strategies and content for online advertising and marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Create content, often for a target audience.
  • Create content strategies following brand and company guidelines.
  • Support SEO through intentional content development.
  • May be asked to design graphics, edit video, or create other forms of content beyond written.
  • Website Development (Proficient in WordPress and knowledge of coding – PHP, HTML, etc.)
  • Graphic Design Background / Knowledge with Adobe Software, Canva, etc. (Note: Will be helping with upkeep of sales flyers for all Gearheart Communications Offices)
  • Will be helping create marketing materials for all companies:
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing Procedures.
  • Flexible with work hours during peak Festival and Sports Seasons.
  • Personable; work well with Marketing Staff and Customer Service.
  • Other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience

*One to two years experience in Marketing, B.A. or B.S. in graphic design, art or related field or equivalent academic and work experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have immediate supervisory responsibilities. No subordinate supervisors report to this position.
