Growing and successful litigation practice located in Geauga County is in need of an EXPERIENCED associate trial attorney to work with seasoned trial attorneys to help perform the many tasks associated with civil litigation and preparation for significant jury trials.

The position will require you to research, prepare memos, draft briefs, prepare discovery, organize litigation files, take depositions, review and prepare exhibits for trial. The position will also require attending trials acting as an assistant to the attorneys during the court proceedings.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, very proficient with technology, and extremely detailed oriented. Must have good communication and be a team player with a positive attitude and excitement for this opportunity.

Must have a law license and litigation experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
