We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Restaurant Controller to oversee financial operations within our dynamic restaurant environment.

This role will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, managing budgets, and providing strategic insights to drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into restaurant performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting audits as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
- Analyze sales trends and operational performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Train and support staff on financial processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with restaurant management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
