Do you have experience with booking, selecting, and costing menu items, pricing contracts, and resourcing temporary help and equipment experience?
Our Catering Director in Petersburg, VA. will work closely with the Chef to assure creative food presentation and quality.
Additionally, Front of house (FOH) management experience is needed to ensure your team is trained properly in serving techniques, garnishing, and service formats.
We are looking for a Rockstar who does not mind being in the spotlight. This requires a great deal of visibility and interaction with the customers and clients.

Qualifications
- High school degree is required
- A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in the hospitality industry including two (2) years in management ( Catering) is required
- Background in Marketing & Public Relations
