Tonkin Parts Center is the largest Wholesale Parts Center in the nation and is seeking a Business Office\Accounts Receivable person to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys data, research, and\or financial auditing! The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team, have a good attitude, and want to learn and grow as a person and as an employee. 

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities

• Accounting for received payments, and comparing them to other systems or records
• Communicating with other employees, supervisors, and managers, to resolve discrepancies
• Organization and filing.
• Filling in for coworker vacations in the business office and other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

Accounts Receivable Qualifications

• Comfortable with Excel – You will also be trained on more advanced functions!
• Reading statements, transaction histories, or any level of financial auditing
• Attention-to-detail and organization is a must!  There will be a lot of documents and paperwork.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a criminal background check.
