**Goose Control Technician**

**MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE & CLEAN DRIVING RECORD**

Our Goose Control Technicians journey to our client's locations, using company vehicles, to implement humane goose deterrence and management solutions around the properties.

The Goose Guardian Technician is on duty full-time during the peak goose activity season (MARCH-NOVEMBER).

The workload varies by technician. We offer substantial overtime (time and-a-half for overtime), based on your availability and the season.

**Typical hours with Flexibility:**

- **Mon-Fri Start Time:** 8am

**What our Technicians Do:**

- Conduct site assessments to identify and evaluate goose presence and potential impact areas.

- Implement humane goose control method by spray deterrents on a spray on machine.

- Clearly communicate with the customer about our services, the humane methods used, and follow-up procedures.

- Foster excellent customer relationships.

- Take personal initiative in addressing any issues or concerns.

- Keep detailed records of control activities and observations as per State and Federal guidelines.

- Fulfill licensing and ongoing training requirements.

**Job Requirements:**

- Proficiency in using a basic tablet and app for reporting and communication.

- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for engaging with clients.

- Experience or willingness to learn about goose behavior, habitat preferences, and humane control strategies.

- Comfortable driving to various locations as provided by the company.

- Ability to carry and operate equipment's and carry over 55lbs

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory. We conduct drug tests, driving, and state runs background checks on all candidates.

**Compensation:** $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
