Position: Machine Operator
Qualifications: High School Diploma preferred. General reading of work orders (batch cards) and communication skills required. Manufacturing experience within textiles a plus. This operator position may be moved to assist in other departments as needed. Paid Training
Responsibilities:
- Operate sueding, opening and napping machines following SOP for each style/customer
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Identify and report quality issues immediately to supervisor
- Assist other departments as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push & pull sporadically
- Ability to operate electric Pallet Jack
- Must have some mechanical abilities to change sandpaper
- Perform tasks at moderate pace.
