GEICO’s Centralized Services Training and Education department is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Instructional Designer to join our team!
As a CS Instructional Designer, you will create e-Learning storyboards for online courses and web page development, assists with train-the-trainer sessions with the claims training staff, maintain claims training records and track/analyze the results of the Centralized Services training programs.
The selected candidate you will:
Develop training curriculums for Centralized Services
Evaluate, edit, and develop training material
Conduct training for ERS, Glass, and Salvage including management
Communicate effectively with all levels of claims associates and management
Have exceptional organizational skills
Be flexible and adapt to change easily
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 years of relevant experience
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience executing and managing all phases of ADDIE is preferred
Salary Information:
Salary commensurate with experience
