What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Gemaire Distributors, LLC?
The RNC Fulfillment Center Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing best in class service to our RNC customers and their builders. The goal of this role is to help track and facilitate all transactions and activities in our platform, respond to customer's inquiries and maintain inventory levels. Therefore, we are seeking a highly motivated, high energy, detail-oriented person to provide outstanding phone, chat, and email customer service to our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Investigate and respond to all customer inquiries • Handle all telephone calls in a professional and thorough manner • Handle chat and email communication according to department policies • Daily interaction with internal and external customers • Provide extensive product knowledge and handle all requests from our customers on products • Ability to data enter at a quick pace accurately and proficiently. • Track orders using Microsoft Office platform and other company software. • Responsible for apprising supervisor and manager of daily opportunities, problems, etc. • Scan documents as required per company policies and procedures. • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications: • High School Diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. • HVAC experience preferred • Professional working manner with a minimum of 3 years relevant customer service experience • Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Sales experience a plus • Proficient in typing at a fast pace • Effectively multi-task and can learn quickly • Technical Savvy • Bilingual a plus Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Access Preferred)
