Job Requirements
Create a manufacturable design for the customers required tooling and press specifications. Supports the department needs by working in design or profile programming as needed.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Proficient computer and technical skills
- Must be able to approach and interact with multiple people of varying personalities
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic math skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
- Ability to adapt to new software and methods
- Knowledge of CNC and Manual manufacturing processes
- Knowledge in two and three-dimensional CAD design
- 1-3 years of extrusion manufacturing experience
- Strong imagination to help with creating and designing jobs

Essential Job Functions
- Interpret and understand different customer and purchase order formats.
- Designing the die to all customer specifications and requirements.
- Understand the needs of the department that follows the design process.
- Communicate with the customer on special requirements.
- Work fluently with the sales and order processing departments.
- Work fluently with floor personnel.
- Perform other related duties as direct that correspond to the overall function of this position.
