Nurse Practitioner

Position: Nurse Practitioner– Hammond Health Clinic

Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group.

Position Purpose:

To provide health assessments, diagnostic and direct treatment services for patients, including supervised prescribing privileges, in coordination with physicians, and to provide educational and nursing services.

Job Details: Full-time position – day shift 8am – 7:30pm

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Nurse Practitioner Certification required.
• Active, unrestricted Indiana Registered Nurse License; eligible for Prescriptive Authority through application to Indiana State Board of Nursing
• Experience: Relevant clinical experience with the PC population.
