Electrical Manufacturers Representative looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven outside sales representative to generate leads, drive sales, and deliver results. Our organization is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for building strong client relationships, expanding market share, and delivering consistent year over year growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients in your assigned territory to include end users, engineers, electrical contractors, and assigned distributors.
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services and address client needs.
Collaborate with the internal team along with our manufacturer resources to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Ability to create, position, and close new opportunities with new and existing clients from start to finish.
Continuous education on new products and services that can differentiate the manufacturers we represent in the market.
Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments, competitor trends, factory trainings and industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000 per year base salary monthly PQ commission discretionary quarterly bonuses. Total annual earnings uncapped.

Requirements:
2 years experience the electrical industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and overnight as needed.
