Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and assisting with office management tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions are also compensated.
