What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Analyst II position at GeneDx?
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities include:
- Case Analysis - Efficiently analyzes all data (ABI, NG, Exome, Exon Array, MLPA, qPCR, Genome Array, etc.) and completes all primary analysis related steps according to standard procedures.
- Case Management - Independently and efficiently prioritizes case analysis and all related aspects in order to move cases through primary analysis as seamlessly as possible
- Development - Assists R&D, TT&V and Clinical departments in new test development as needed
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
- B.S. degree in a medical technology or related life science, with 3 years of relevant work experience
- M.S. degree in medical technology or related life science, with 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proven above average performance regarding the quantity and quality of analysis
