(Base Salary Pay Range: $80,000.00- $90,000.00)
The range listed is just one component of Geneo’s total rewards package for our employees.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and region-specific benefits. An employee’s pay position within the listed salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.

- As a Creative Maverick, you'll push boundaries and refine ideas with out-of-the-box thinking to ensure innovation and excellence in every project. - Master the art of managing multiple projects simultaneously, executing with precision to maintain brand integrity and excellence across all campaigns. - Demonstrated expertise as a Graphic Artist, underscored by a compelling portfolio highlighting digital advertising campaigns, ideally within the health and beauty sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia Arts, or commensurate practical experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably within a marketing or advertising context.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, encompassing Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Profound proficiency in video editing, adept at crafting captivating content that resonates deeply with our target demographic.
- Unparalleled creativity and a penchant for innovative thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with precision.
- Superlative communication and collaborative skills.
