DR Power Equipment, as part of the Chore Business Group of Generac Power Systems, has an opportunity for a Marketing Analyst to join us in our beautiful location overlooking Vermont’s Green Mountains from South Burlington. The Marketing Analyst is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and presentation of Marketing Campaign results for Generac's Chore Business Group. This position will maintain a variety of dashboards to help leadership gain visibility to the impact of Marketing initiatives across Web, email, circulation, digital media, traditional media, and other associated mediums. The Marketing Analyst plans, coordinates, analyzes, optimizes, and traffics the entirety of the direct mail program. This role will participate in marketing campaign development to properly set-up reporting strategies and provide retrospectives with an aim at providing continuous improvement and Marketing efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates and manages KPI dashboards by Marketing Business function
Supports leadership with roll-up reporting to demonstrate impact of Marketing campaigns
Analyzes data from internal and external data sources to uncover trends and insights to drive strategic business decisions
Presents to leadership on trends and opportunities derived from Marketing data
Plans, coordinates, analyzes, optimizes, and traffics the direct mail program

Minimal Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, related degree or equivalent experience.
3 years ’ experience in Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence . E xperience in statistical analysis and developing systems for maint aining and reporting marketing data , plus presenting analysis to company leaders.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong working knowledge of relational databases and is p roficient in SQL Querying and data manipulation for file creation, reporting, analysis , and insights.
Experience working with MS Access , Excel , and Tableau (or equivalent BI tool).
