CORE ROLE Drive and facilitate all facets of technical recruiting including the initial research and planning phase, candidate identification/sourcing, assessment, development, and presentation, offer and close. Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to gain a full understanding of each position and discuss search direction. Maintain effective/proactive communication keeping all stakeholders informed and provide a strong consultative approach with the hiring manager. Complies with company policy and EEO/ADA guidelines. ACCOMPLISHMENTS & COMPETENCIES Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of agency IT recruiting experience is highly preferred. Experience recruiting high-volume candidates within a complex and competitive technical marketplace. Experience recruiting for technical resources highly preferred. High-level understanding of engineering resources focused on Cisco, EMC, Dell, and/or HPE highly preferred. Advanced proficiency with all aspects of Internet recruiting, sourcing, and knowledgeable of current recruiting industry best practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with top-notch negotiation skills. This position requires you to be on site at our Customer Innovation Center in Dallas, Texas.
