Overview
ARMA-Global is currently pursuing qualified candidates in support of a USSOCOM Specialty Services contract. USSOCOM has a requirement to provide enterprise-wide information technology service and distribution to USSOCOM and all of its respective components and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) through a more modern, flexible, scalable, performance-based service management and delivery framework known as Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contracts (SITEC).

Responsibilities
Establishes and maintains configuration and data management policies and procedures to be utilized by departmental personnel and other participating functions to ensure a standard and cost effective approach to the application of configuration and data management requirements. Monitors the review of released engineering change data and change accounting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies. Organizes and implements the process of evaluating performance against established policies and procedures to ensure hardware and documentation integrity is being maintained at the least cost to the company and programs. Develops departmental operating budgets, productivity goals and staffing levels. Responsible for the employment, training, motivation, discipline and performance evaluation of assigned employees. Works with other network professionals as directed to coordinate efforts, resolve cross-team issues and communicate changes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
CMPIC certification (IT and Software Development) prefered, CMPIC course 1-4 required
ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred
Entry Level IT certification prefered (CCNA, MCTS)
Competent to work at a high technical level on all phases of change and release management
Thorough understanding of the assessment, preparation, and implementation of environments and change control activities for complex tasks.
Excellent business communication skills; Works with others to coordinate efforts, resolve cross-team issues and communicate changes
Possesses excellent writing and communication skills
Organizes and implements the process of evaluating performance against established policies and procedures
Detail oriented and organized
Security Requirements
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
