Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides overall financial management support, including expenditures, projected shortfall/overages and estimates for additional services throughout the task order lifecycle
- Responsible for the planning, directing, monitoring, organizing, and controlling the financial activities of various functions such as budgeting, auditing and financial planning.
- Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data. Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management. Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Oversees all financial planning and reporting activities, including the annual planning cycles and building accurate forecasts
- Approves contracts, asset acquisitions, expenditures and headcount against approved plans
- Continuously seeks out opportunities for customer experience improvements and cost reduction, and partnering with operations leadership to implement the opportunities
- Manages and develops financial models for planning, forecasting, and reporting Costs and efficiency
- Performs root cause analysis and uncovers core issues using data, then assisting Operations team on improving and creating new measures
- Responsible for budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company
Required Skills / Experience:
- BS in (Business, IT or Information management) 8 years’ experience or 13 YOE
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in financial management
- Work well under pressure, excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management skills
- Experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO)
Security Clearance:
- TS/SCI required with CI Polygraph
