Work Helping Others as a Contact Center Agent
We are looking to hire contact center agents to work in these critical support roles. You must have flexible work hours and be willing to work a variety of shifts. You will also need access to 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth (satellite provided internet service will not qualify). Training will be provided. This is an On Call opportunity.
A Day in the Life of a Contact Center Agent:
- Impact the lives of others, by providing support to help individuals and families
- Follow call guides to gather, enter and verify information to provide necessary assistance to aid in recovery
- Adhere to established customer service and documentation standards necessary to provide the level of support required
- Attend telephone skills and program information training sessions addressing policies, procedures, and the handling of confidential information related to personal information

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; AND
- Access to 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth (satellite provided internet service will not qualify)
- Ability to work remotely (from the comfort of your own home) in a quiet work environment free from distraction
- Flexible availability and willingness to work any shift as the program operates 24/7
- Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully complete GDIT pre-employment screening (includes a criminal background check and drug test)
- US Citizenship
- Must be a Louisiana resident living within a 60 mile radius of our Natchitoches Facility
