You will be working in a rewarding, mission focused environment providing supply chain management services to users within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside CONUS (OCONUS). HOW A SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Plan, direct, and manage day-to-day activities of the supply chain team
- Lead the full life cycle (i.e., "cradle to grave") of hardware and software supporting major programs that span the entire procurement cycle, including but not limited to procuring equipment, fulfilling orders, tagging equipment, kitting, and coordinating shipments.
- Analyze supply chain risks and identify risk mitigations
- Create status reports and briefings
- Act as the primary interface between procurement offices, subcontractors (e.g., Value Added Resellers and Vendors), and the customer for all supply chain related issues
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Minimum Secret security clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Candidates must maintain the clearance.
- Ten (10 ) years of applicable work experience within commercial or government supply chains
- BA/BS in in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
- Ability to lead a cross-functional, multi-shift operation supporting mission critical customers
- Experience leading large, complex global logistics and supply chain operations, spanning multiple nodes of the organization's supply chain simultaneously - procurement, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, transportation, reverse logistics
- Understanding of government contract types and performance requirements
- Understanding of FAR, DFAR, FAM, FAH and other government regulations including TAA, NDAA
- Experience utilizing dashboards and reporting tools to deliver meaningful operations and performance data to internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to various supply chain tools (ERP, WMS, TMS, etc.); experience gathering requirements, system configuration and testing, and implementation of new and enhanced supply chain tools
- Certification from a recognized industry leader (APICS, NPMA, ASCM, CSCMP, etc.)
- Experience presenting to senior leaders and customers
- Understanding of contract management financials
