Certified Surgical Technologist
GHR Healthcare is seeking a qualified Surgical Technologist to assist a premier Hospital system in Lancaster PA for their Ortho surgeries.
This is a full-time contract with the option to extend.
Pay $55/hour!
Schedule:
- 10 hour days 7A-5:30P
- 13-week contract with opportunity to extend
Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper sterile technique during the procedure
- Functioning as a scrub person, circulation assistant and member of the surgical team
- Setting patients up for surgery
- Assemble, maintain, and track surgical instruments and equipment
- Inspect all packaged items to ensure integrity
- Conduct pre-op, intra-op, and post-op surgical counts according to AORN standards
- Maintain the integrity of the surgical field during procedures
- Scrubs for surgical procedures as assigned, maintaining proficiency in all surgical specialties
- Utilizes principles of aseptic technique in performing responsibilities in the operating room
Gross Travel Pay: $2,242 per week

- CST certification preferred
