Key Responsibilities
- Develop winning strategies and tactics that drive Snacks performance to achieve the annual plan. Work with Head of Snacks & Baking to develop UK brand vision (3 yr plan) and lead execution of the UK Brand Plan including NPD, product renovations, product delists, and customer strategies.
- Responsible for brand analytics – tracking brand results, diagnosing business drivers and consumer metrics, assessing external environment, and recommending actions.
- Responsible for management of P&L including leading monthly analysis of sales, spend and profit (against plan).
- Lead and influence the sales team to drive growth across Grocery, Convenience and E-comm on the Snacks brands.
- Develop strong working relationships with regional Brand Development team to ensure strategic communication platforms and NPD are aligned to the UK brand vision and strategies.
- Build Brand Equity; ensure marketing activities build equity ensuring the Brand has a place in consumers’ hearts and that colleagues are passionate to contribute to brand results.
- Define and implement the optimum product range.

- Strong performance history
- Marketing experience in a consumer branded company (6 years )
- Passion for consumers and understanding of brands
- Strong analytical experience, ability to use data to develop business strategies which produce step-change business results
- Experience in project management, leading teams in matrix environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK grocery channels and associated trading issues
- Commercially savvy with strong understanding of drivers of profitability
- Excellent communication skills; ability to energize and influence cross functionally by conveying compelling vision
- Able to work with ambiguity; flexibly minded to offer innovative solutions and challenge the status quo
- Proactive leadership and ability to drive recommendations
