Job Overview
Role: Sr. Consultant - Platform
Location: Mumbai

The O365 subject matter expert will be responsible for the strategic design and implementation of End point management & overall SCCM deployment strategy for the Organization. He/she should have Strong understanding & experience on Azure Cloud platform, Security and Compliance, along with through understanding in system administration & management. He/she will be the standard bearer for existing and emerging technologies facilitating the unification of physical and virtual platforms within the overall enterprise architecture.
This person will interface with multiple teams such as Infrastructure, Security and Application Development to design cutting-edge productivity platform for end-users.
Person must have good business sense to analyse business objectives & strategies to plan and implement IT Solutions. The candidate should have strong customer service skills articulating policies and procedures confidently, attention to detail, excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, ability to work under tight timelines and willingness to challenge/question with courage.

Role Responsibilities
• Architect, Design and Evaluate blueprint for Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Modern PC Management & other EUC technology stacks
• Partner with stakeholder to define Roadmap and Strategies around various EUC technologies
• Designing complex EUC solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods, and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate.
• Shaping EUC technical proposals whilst making solution/service trade-offs where appropriate and providing support to our operations team.
• Establish Windows patch management strategies & guidelines in partnership with stakeholder
• Provide guidelines & improvements for existing Windows Imaging process & define future roadmap for the same.
• Responsible for researching and streamlining automate deployment, provisioning, policy management, app delivery, and updates.
• Provide Technical and Operational Governance across the End User Computing environment.
• Work with other technology groups to streamline effective processes and drive continuous improvement for EUC infrastructure, services, and support.
• Interact with Customer Engineers from different vendor (Microsoft, VMWare) on planning & implementing solutions.
• Resolution ownership of technical challenges for EUC projects and the technical escalation point for the implementation teams.
• Create and maintain project related documentation (Business Requirement, Statement of Work, Proof of concept, technical design etc.)
• Review of incidents and root cause analysis
• Ensure appropriate documentation is in place and updated with latest version
• Drive scrum meetings & reviews of backlogs

Must - have technical skills and experience
• Expertise in EUC applications (e.g. Intune, SCCM, Desktop Management) with a proven track-record of designing complex, large EUC transformational programs, including hybrid configuration.
• Experience in Desktop Autopiloting, application packaging & deployment and endpoint patch management using Intune & SCCM
• Experience on Intune integration with on premise SCCM environment to optimize hybrid solution
• Experience in administration and configuration of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• Through understanding of Windows Imaging & hands on experience on Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
• Working knowledge of PowerShell & Power BI
• Multinational Corporation PC support experience.
• Strong Windows skills, with system administration experience in a production Windows environment
• Good understanding and knowledge on Microsoft Office Products
• Experienced at designing reports / Dashboards from SCCM and Intune.
• Proficient in Software & Hardware Lifecycle management

Good to have skills
• Microsoft SCCM and Intune certification
• Understanding of CPG industry
• Managing users and devices in Intune & deploying Intune clients
• Experience in Administration of Active Directory including Group Policies
• Hands-on experience in managing configuration, Windows Azure Migration, Deployments, maintenance, software application & hardware devices with a focus on systems and Windows Azure environments.
