Responsibilities

Responsible for Global Calibration Development and Definition
-
Manage all calibration resources in order to meet program timing with on-time high quality calibration data files

Responsible for managing the calibration resources to create and drive to closure all engineering work orders in accordance with platform timing

Interface to the GSSLT in order to establish explicit subsystem requirements for calibration settings and proliferation targets

Reviews vehicle program configurations and schematics to determine optimal calibration values
-
Investigates and Determines efficient automation to perform calibration configuration value setting

Conduct calibration reviews to ensure high quality
- Participate in program calibration team meetings/activities
Additional Job Description
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred)

2 years' experience in software and/or calibration area

High level knowledge of software and calibration tools and processes
-
Knowledge of modeling, simulation, analytical methods in calibration development

High level understanding of calibration development in electronic modules
-
Working level knowledge of vehicle serial data communications (CAN,LIN,)
-
Demonstrated proficiency in writing and comprehending software/hardware requirements
-
High level knowledge of software verification/validation processes
-
High level knowledge of hardware validation processes
-
Results driven individual with high levels of initiative and pro-activity

High degree of Program Management skills

High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others

High level of oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills involving complex systems
