As a Release Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases across the enterprise for multiple applications. Candidate must be driven, able to work independently and maintain professionalism in their interactions with others.

4-year College or higher degree preferably in computer science, software engineering, information systems, mathematics, data analytics or statistics or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of IT-Experience in Software Development Life Cycle.

Manage CCMS monthly releases which consist of multiple ART's Delivery content in to one single deploy.

Conduct Release Kickoff, Release G/NG and adhere the Standard Release principle for locking the content.

Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Release Increments (PIs)

Perform ongoing review of release status, identifying the release, project risks. Develops, recommends, and implements risk mitigation solutions as approved and as appropriate.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, Scrum Teams, ART's Developments Mgrs., developers, technical leads, testing groups to ensure timely delivery of release

Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities and Responsible of measuring each release success factors with respect to cost, schedule, and quality, i.e. product requirements quality, test quality and code quality etc.,

Strength in guiding the design and execution of automated and manual testing strategies to identify risks and issues, design effective mitigation solution, and enhance release on-time delivery of quality systems

Responsible working architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases with techniques and approaches related to the release and develop integrated schedule as needed

Work with various leads to deliver the System Integration Test, E2E, Validation, Post-Prod validation, Monitoring scripts, Cross version compatibility, Integrated performance testing, containment scripts, Sys ops reporting as required for successful release

Maintain the ADO Release status accurately and delegate the release defects to scrum and test teams for closing.
- Interfacing with ART's, Scrum Team, EIC's and stakeholders to anticipate and manage changes to release such as release scope changes, but not limited to, technical requirements, business requirements and schedule and work with Change control board to implement the same.
