Currently we are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Primary Care office located in Williamsville, NY! This is a full-time position and includes Free Parking!
$1500 Sign-On Bonus to be paid after 90 days of employment! (More details in offer letter)

Essential Duties of an LPN:
The primary purpose of this position is to administer general nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of the healthcare provider.
- Prepare patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests such as, but not limited to, manual blood
- pressure, height, weight, BMI and pulse and interviews patient regarding reason for visit.
- Conduct chart preparation following the Quality Checklist.
- Perform point of care testing and dressing changes, collect lab specimens, administer immunizations, medications
- and injections as appropriate.
- Complete prior authorizations for diagnostic testing and medications utilizing drug formularies of insurance plans.
- Follow service line initiatives to avoid unnecessary hospital re-admissions by communicating with appropriate
- parties to ensure proper follow up within specified time frames.
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures, in
- accordance with internal and legal regulations.
- Manage the inventory of clinical supplies, stock, and clean exam rooms.
- Answer and route communication appropriately, schedule appointments and document patient interaction in EMR
- system in a timely manner.
- Manage incoming documents and assist with the completion of necessary forms.
- Follow up with outstanding orders per the Orders to Manage protocol.
- Assist with examination and in-office treatment by handing providers instruments and materials.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to provide a positive patient experience across the organization.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications of an LPN:
- Applicable state license from accredited facility
- Proven work experience in healthcare facility preferred
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT Codes, CPR Certification and
- strong clinical skills preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to utilize computer programs
