Looking for a career with a first-class provider of apartment homes and apartment management services? General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for a dynamic, energetic Assistant Property Manager for the Richmond area. You will be assisting with the overall management of an apartment community. In addition, you will be showing apartments, preparing leases and providing excellent customer service to prospects and residents.
Successful candidates should have at least one year of leasing experience. Have excellent customer service skills and exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
