ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Buildings & Hazardous Materials department in Quincy, MA.
This professional will support all aspects of hazardous materials and environmental projects including development of proposals, planning and coordinating activities, conducting field meetings, and assisting in report and permit writing activities. The Project Manager will also be responsible for working with other project managers to assist with multidisciplinary projects lead by other disciplines and supervising and mentoring a team of hazardous materials field technicians and support staff.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Studies, or similar field
- Typically requires 5 years of relevant experience in hazardous materials, environmental or indoor air quality
- Previous project management (contracts, business development, design, QA/QC) experience required
- Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Designer and Asbestos Management Planner certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour Construction training and HAZWOPER training preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD a plus
- Strong communication skills
This position will reside in our Quincy, MA office. Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
