The People & Culture Team at Generations Bank is a new and forward-thinking facet of Generations Bank that keeps our team at the forefront of strategic planning. We are adding a Retail Training Specialist to our team. Our ideal candidate is a creative and experienced retail trainer with a passion for learning and training others for success.
As the Retail Training Specialist under the leadership of the Director of Operations, you will develop and deliver a wide range of retail training programs which align with Generations Bank strategic plan. The Retail Training Specialist will work closely with Retail Management to meet the training and development needs for the retail staff, including department and position specific needs.

About the area: The Retail Training Specialist position is based at our Corporate Offices in Rogers, AR. Rogers is one of the best places to live and work in Northwest Arkansas. The area is home to the University of Arkansas. Northwest Arkansas has so much to offer with its lakes and parks, museums, rich history, top rated schools, shopping, restaurants, live outdoor concert venue, and our own Minor League Baseball Team.
